SHIPPING + RETURNS
At Magpie Jewellery we strive to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. We process all orders within 24 - 48 hours. Once processed we will email you a notification that your items have shipped and provide you with the tracking information.
We offer Flat Rate Shipping in North America on all orders.
All Canadian orders placed with Magpie Jewellery are processed, packed and shipped within Canada from Ottawa, ON. All packages are shipped using Canada Post, a reliable carrier servicing even the most remote corners of Canada. No duties will be incurred. Residents of Ontario will be subject to GST & PST. Canadian residents outside of Ontario will be subject to GST only.
$10.00 Flat Rate for Canada Post Tracked Shipping (4-8 Business Days)
$20.00 for Canada Post Express Shipping (2 Business Days)
International orders are shipped via Canada Post. Orders to the U.S. will be charged a standard $25.00 CAD shipping fee with tracking. Overseas orders will be charged a standard $45.00 CAD shipping fee. Additional duties, customs, and sales taxes may be added separately in accordance with your state or country's specific requirements.
RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Magpie Jewellery Return + Exchange Policy
We'll gladly accept returns within 14 days of purchase for any merchandise purchased from Magpie Jewellery that has not been worn or altered and is accompanied by its receipt. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. Exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase. Additional shipping cost may occur with exchanges.

RETURNING IN STORES
Stop by any one of our stores in Ottawa with your unworn piece and the receipt. If you don't have a receipt, we should be able to find the purchase in other ways, but we may ask you for more information so we can better assist with your request. We will happily return your piece or help your with an exchange. For online orders purchased with PayPal, the return will be processed using a different form of payment.
If you ordered by credit card, we'll credit your account within 14 business days. This will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. If you have requested an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item and credited for the return. If you paid with a Gift Card we'll mail you a Gift Card. If a credit card was used in combination with a Gift Card the entire merchandise amount will be refunded to your credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges.
